About the Company

We are an end-to-end signage company. We design, fabricate, print, install, and service signage across five areas: indoor and LED signage, outdoor hoardings and building branding, street and display boards, directional and wayfinding signage, and digital display systems. One team handles the project from concept to the day it lights up.

We are based in Tirupur and take on projects across Tamil Nadu. For sites outside our regular service radius, travel and logistics are quoted separately at the estimate stage.

Both. Our clients range from single-shop owners needing one glow sign to builders, factories, hospitals, educational institutions, government bodies, and retail chains rolling out signage across multiple branches.

Fabrication, printing, and finishing are handled in our own facility, including HP Latex printing, ACP fabrication, LED assembly, and acrylic work. This is what lets us control quality and hold to delivery dates.

Call +91 82200 40947, email sales@apxsign.in, or fill in the enquiry form on this site. Share your location, the type of sign you have in mind, and approximate size — that’s enough for us to come back with a first response.

Enquiry, Quotation & Ordering

Send us three things: the sign type, the size or site dimensions, and a photo of the location. We’ll respond with a written quotation, usually within 24–48 hours. For larger projects we prefer a site visit first.

Yes — site inspection and quotation within Tirupur are within minimal charge. Outside that radius, travel may be chargeable and will be told to you upfront.

Your business name as it should appear on the sign, your logo file (AI, CDR, EPS, or PDF preferred), the mounting surface (wall, pole, glass, ACP elevation), available width and height, and whether you want it illuminated.

Yes. We share a visual mock-up of the sign placed on a photograph of your actual location, so you can see exactly how it will look before any material is cut.

Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard quotation. Further changes after production has begun may attract additional cost.

Typically 50% advance to confirm the order and start production, with the balance on completion of installation. For large or multi-site projects we can agree on a milestone-based schedule.

Yes. There is no minimum order value on standard products, though very small jobs may carry a fixed installation charge.

Design & Artwork

Yes. Our design team can develop the artwork, typography, and layout from scratch, or adapt an existing logo so it reads well at signage scale — which is a different problem from designing for print or screen.

Vector files are best: AI, CDR, EPS, or vector PDF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway — we’ll advise whether it can be redrawn.

Yes. Share your Pantone, CMYK, or RGB codes and we’ll match them as closely as the material allows. Note that the same colour appears slightly different on backlit acrylic versus printed flex versus an LED screen — we’ll flag this during design.

Yes. We produce bilingual and multilingual signage regularly, including Tamil, Hindi, and English, which is standard for traffic, community, and institutional work.

The artwork we create for your project is yours to use. We may photograph the finished installation for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Indoor & LED Signage

In a frontlit board the light source sits behind the face but the graphic is lit from the front, giving a bright, direct look — economical and high-visibility. In a backlit board the light passes through a translucent face so the graphic glows evenly from within. Backlit generally looks more premium; frontlit is more cost-effective for large areas.

It is a slim-profile illuminated panel with UV-printed graphics and edge lighting, typically 25–50mm deep. Because it sits almost flush to the wall, it suits reception areas, showrooms, clinics, hotel lobbies, and retail interiors where a bulky box would look wrong.

HP Latex is a water-based large-format printing technology. The output is odourless, dries instantly, resists scratching and fading, and is safe for enclosed indoor spaces such as hospitals and schools — where solvent prints can be a problem.

Lightweight foam board with printed vinyl laminated on top. Ideal for indoor branding walls, exhibition panels, event displays, wall notices, and short-to-medium-term promotional signage. Easy to mount, easy to replace.

Safety and instruction boards, department and zone identification, machine labelling, statutory notices, emergency and evacuation signage, and gate or entrance branding — built in materials that survive dust, heat, and washdown.

A frame that holds individual name slats which can be slid in or swapped out. It suits office buildings, hospitals, and complexes where tenants or departments change — you replace one slat instead of remaking the whole board.

A sign hung from the ceiling on cables or rods, visible from a distance and from multiple directions. Common in showrooms, airports, hospital corridors, malls, and large open-plan floors.

A sign mounted perpendicular to the wall so it projects outward, readable by people walking along the corridor or street rather than only those facing the wall directly. Also called a blade or flag sign.

A bracket system that lets a sign follow or stand off a curved surface — used on rounded pillars, curved facades, and architectural columns where a flat board would not sit properly.

Outdoor Signage & Building Branding

Large-format billboards and unipole/pole signage — including the structural steel, the foundation, the display face, and the illumination.

A unipole is a single-column structure carrying a large display high above ground, typically used along highways. A large-format billboard is a flat display board, often on a building or boundary structure, used for advertising campaigns.

Aluminium Composite Panel sheets fixed over a building facade to give a clean, modern, weather-resistant exterior finish. Widely used for showroom fronts, offices, hospitals, and commercial buildings, and can be combined with LED lettering.

The full building-front package: ACP cladding to create the facade surface, with illuminated 3D letters or channel letters mounted on it. This is the most common choice for showrooms and branch offices that want a strong identity at night.

Individually fabricated 3D letters — usually acrylic-faced with metal or ACP returns — each internally lit by LED modules. They give sharp, letter-by-letter illumination rather than a lit rectangle, and are the standard for premium retail and corporate frontage.

Yes. We design, print, and apply graphics for delivery vans, trucks, company cars, buses, and two-wheeler fleets, including partial wraps, full wraps, and simple door-panel branding.

Perforated film applied to glass. From outside it displays a full printed graphic; from inside, people can still see out and daylight still enters. Used on showroom glazing, office windows, bus and car rear windows.

With quality flex and proper tensioning, expect roughly 2–4 years depending on sun exposure, rain, and wind at your site. Backlit flex under constant UV typically fades sooner than a shaded frontlit panel.

Structures are engineered for local wind loading, and electrical components are housed in weather-sealed enclosures with proper earthing and drainage. Tell us if your site is coastal or unusually exposed — we specify heavier sections and marine-grade fasteners for those.

Street & Directional Signage

Stand boards are freestanding display boards placed on footpaths or inside premises for promotions and information. Lollipop boards are pole-mounted circular or rectangular panels — the round-topped street signage seen along roads, often double-sided. Pylon signage is a freestanding tower-style sign at the entrance of a petrol pump, mall, hospital, or campus, usually carrying brand identity.

Yes. Pole-mounted traffic signage is produced to the applicable IRC and MoRTH specifications for shape, colour, symbol, and retro-reflective sheeting grade. Tell us the road category and we’ll specify the correct sheeting class.

It is a film that bounces vehicle headlight back toward the driver, making the sign readable at night without any power supply. It is mandatory for traffic and road safety signage and strongly recommended for any roadside directional board.

A coordinated set of directional, identification, and information signs that guide people through a site. Hospitals, campuses, factories, townships, malls, and government offices need it most — anywhere a first-time visitor can get lost.

Yes — park name boards, rules and information panels, directional signage, bench and facility markers, and civic signage for municipal and panchayat projects.

Digital Signage

Portable digital standees, floor standees, wall-mount displays in vertical and horizontal orientation, pole stand displays, table-top displays, walking (wearable/mobile) displays, and large digital display screens.

A digital standee is a self-contained, ready-to-use display unit — screen, media player, and stand in one — that you switch on and use. A digital display screen is a panel or video wall sized and built into your site, needing installation, mounting structure, and a content source.

Vertical suits single-message content, posters, menus, and queue/token displays, and narrow wall spaces. Horizontal suits video content, dashboards, multi-panel layouts, and wider walls. If your content is mostly repurposed poster artwork, vertical usually looks better.

Yes. Content can be updated by USB, over local network, or through a cloud dashboard depending on the model you choose. We hand over the display with a short training session and written instructions.

Only outdoor-rated units, which have higher brightness and weather-sealed housings. A standard indoor display placed outdoors will wash out in daylight and fail quickly. Tell us the location and we’ll recommend the right brightness rating.

A body-worn or hand-carried digital display used for on-ground promotions — at events, exhibitions, markets, and busy streets — where the advertising moves to the audience rather than waiting for it.

Timelines & Installation

Indicative timelines from artwork approval: vinyl, foam board, and printed indoor signage — 2–4 days. Backlit/frontlit boards and channel letters — 7–12 days. ACP elevation with LED letters — 2–4 weeks. Hoardings, unipoles, and pylons — 3–6 weeks including structure and foundation. Digital display supply and installation — 5–10 days, subject to stock. Weather, site readiness, and permissions can shift these dates.

We handle it. Our own installation teams carry out mounting, electrical connection, structure erection, and commissioning, including work at height with the required safety equipment.

Yes — you provide a power point near the sign location. We handle the wiring from that point to the sign, along with the driver, controller, and any timer or sensor.

We schedule around your working hours where possible, including early morning, night, and holiday installation for showrooms, hospitals, and offices that cannot pause operations.

Yes, dismantling and disposal of the existing sign can be included in the quotation — please mention it at the enquiry stage so we allow for it.

Pricing

Most flat signage is priced per square foot of display area, with the rate depending on material, illumination, and finish. Structures such as unipoles and pylons are priced per unit based on height, steel section, and foundation. Digital displays are priced per unit by screen size and specification.

Because of what’s behind the face: the LED module quality, the power supply rating, the frame material and thickness, the printing technology, and whether the structure needs a foundation. A cheaper board usually means thinner LEDs and a shorter life, not a better deal.

Yes. For chains and multi-site projects we quote a per-unit rate and maintain a single specification so every branch looks identical.

No. The quotation lists material, fabrication, transport, installation, and applicable GST. Anything discovered on site that wasn’t visible at survey — a wall that needs reinforcement, for example — is raised with you before any extra work begins.

Warranty, Maintenance & Support

12 months on LED modules, drivers, and fabrication workmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing and component defects. It does not cover physical damage, tampering, voltage fluctuation without a stabiliser, or natural calamity.

Call our service line at +91 74483 78881. We respond within 24–48 hours in Tirupur and diagnose whether it is the module, driver, supply, or wiring. In-warranty repairs are free; out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before work starts.

Yes. An AMC covers periodic cleaning, LED and driver checks, tightening of fixings, and priority breakdown response — worth considering for hoardings, pylons, and multi-site retail networks.

Wipe acrylic and ACP faces with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid thinner, spirit, and abrasive scrubbers, which permanently dull acrylic. For anything above reach height, or anything requiring the sign to be opened, call us instead.

Yes, subject to inspection. We often reface old boards, replace failed LED systems, and convert existing frontlit boards to LED to reduce power consumption.

Often yes. If the frame and structure are sound, replacing only the face or the letters is significantly cheaper than a new sign. We’ll tell you honestly if the existing structure isn’t worth keeping.

Permissions & Legal

Usually yes for anything on public-facing frontage, roadside, or above a certain size — from the local corporation, municipality, or panchayat, and from the highway authority for roadside structures. Rules vary by location and sign type.

We provide the technical drawings, specifications, and structural details required for the application, and can guide you through the process. The licence is applied for and held in the client’s name.

The client. Municipal licence fees and periodic renewals for advertising structures are payable by the sign owner and are not included in our quotation unless specifically stated.

Sustainability & Efficiency

Considerably. LED signage draws a fraction of the power of fluorescent or metal halide-lit boards, lasts far longer, and needs fewer service calls — usually recovering the difference in cost within 12–24 months for signs that run every night.

Yes. We can fit timers or light sensors so the sign runs only after dark or only during your business hours, which cuts power cost and extends LED life.
