What we collect

Our "Get a Quote" and Contact forms collect the information you type in — name, mobile number, email address (optional), and your project details — and use it to pre-fill a WhatsApp message that you then choose to send from your own device. We never see this information unless you actually send that message. We do not use third-party advertising scripts on this site beyond what is required to embed the Google Maps location on our Contact page.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed and how, in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited. We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by choosing Decline in the cookie notice on this site, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

Information you send us — by WhatsApp, phone, or email — is used solely to respond to your enquiry about your signage project. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp & phone contact

If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, standard messaging and carrier terms from your provider apply. We retain conversation history only as needed to service your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any information you've sent us at any time by emailing sales@apxsign.in or calling +91 82200 40947.

If this policy changes — for example, if we add a newsletter signup or new third-party tools — we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
