Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver and install within India only, from our workshop in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Our regular service area is Tirupur, Coimbatore, Avinashi, Palladam, Kangeyam, Perumanallur. We also take projects elsewhere in Tamil Nadu and across India; for those sites, transport and travel are quoted separately before you confirm the order.

Delivery charges

Within our regular service area, delivery and installation are included in your written quotation, which lists material, fabrication, transport, installation, and GST separately. There are no hidden charges. Outside that area, transport is charged at actual cost and shown on the quotation.

Delivery timelines

Indicative timelines from artwork approval and advance payment:

• Vinyl, foam board, and printed indoor signage: 2–4 days
• Backlit and frontlit boards, channel letters: 7–12 days
• ACP elevation with LED letters: 2–4 weeks
• Hoardings, unipoles, and pylons: 3–6 weeks, including structure and foundation
• Digital signage supply and installation: 5–10 days, subject to stock

Weather, site readiness, and permissions can shift these dates; we tell you as soon as a date changes.

How orders are delivered

Fabricated signage is delivered in our own vehicles and installed by our team. Smaller items such as printed boards and table-top displays can be collected from our workshop or sent by courier on request, with tracking details shared by WhatsApp. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Damage in transit

Check items on delivery. If anything is damaged, report it within 7 days and we will repair or replace it at no cost, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
